  7. Caste Certificate from Competent Authority in Original. (If Applicable)

  8. Physically Handicapped Certificate from IMS and SUM Hospital (Applicable for PH Candidate Only)

  9. 2 sets of Photocopies of documents mentioned in Sl. - 2 to 8.

  10. 5 Passport Size Photographs

MCA

Balance amount to be Paid = Rs. 1,10,000 LESS (Provisional Fee already paid)

Rs. 1,10,000 = Rs. 1,00,000/- towards First Year Course Fee + Rs 5000/- towards Caution Deposit (Refundable)(One-Time)+ Rs 5000/- towards Counselling/Admission Fee (Non - Refundable)(One-Time).

The balance amount due must be cleared by 10.12.2021 (10th December, 2021).

Balance amount to be Paid = Rs. 1,60,000 LESS (Provisional Fee already paid)

Rs. 1,60,000 = Rs. 1,50,000/- towards First Year Course Fee + Rs 5000/- towards Caution Deposit (Refundable)(One-Time)+ Rs 5000/- towards Counselling/Admission Fee (Non - Refundable)(One-Time).

The balance amount due must be cleared by 10.12.2021 (10th December, 2021).

Note: One can make a single Demand Draft or Multiple Demand Drafts for payment in favor of ‘Siksha O Anusandhan University’ payable at Bhubaneswar from any scheduled bank. NEFT/IMPS/UPI/Card Payment also accepted.

Annual Transportation Fee (For Day Boarders, Optional)

HOSTEL DETAILS

Hostel Fee

  • Annual Hostel Boarding charges (NON AC)- Rs 55,000/- (Rs. 50,000 towards Boarding + Rs. 5000/- Security Deposit)

  • Annual Hostel Boarding charges (AC - 2 Sharing)- Rs 1,25,000/- (Rs. 1,20,000 towards Boarding + Rs. 5000/- Security Deposit)

  • Annual Hostel Boarding charges (AC- 3 Sharing)- Rs 95,000/- (Rs. 90,000 towards Boarding + Rs. 5000/- Security Deposit)

Annual Mess Charges - Rs 30,000/-

List of documents and Items required.

Hostel admission form (to be provided at the time of hostel occupancy) duly filled in with photo of candidate, parents/Guardian.

Aadhar number of candidate and parents with true copy of it.

Local guardian information duly completed and with photo of Local guardian & signature.

Photographs of candidate -6 Nos.

Copy of money receipt towards payment of hostel fees and mess fees.

Hostel will provide bed, study table, chair and cupboard.

Boarders have to bring the following materials.

Mattress, Pillow, Single Bed Sheets, Pillow Cover, Mosquito Net, Blanket, Bucket, Mug and Hangers.

One medium sized trunk /Bag with Lock & Key (Two nos. of locks for cupboard & Trunk)

No electrical gadgets like Table Fan, Iron, Water Heater, Induction Cooker, etc. is allowed.
