LEGAL JURISDICTION

All disputes pertaining to the conduct of SAAT shall fall within the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar only.  If any person or officer engages himself / herself in act(s) that would result in the leakage of the question paper(s) or attempt to use or help in the use of unfair means in this Examination, he / she shall be liable to prosecution under the Indian Penal Code.
