INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING CHOICE FORM

• Check the eligibility criteria for each programme before filling up the online application form.

• Check that the online application form has been properly and completely filled up.

• Application process: Incomplete application will not be accepted.

• All candidates are requested to keep JEE MAIN Roll Number & CRL Rank card along with scan copy or photo of JEEMAIN 2024 Rank card, 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, 12th Board Admit Card and Caste Certificate (if Applicable) ready for form filling.

• The acknowledgement for successful submission of choice form will be intimated to your Email Id and/or Mobile no. (Filling of the form does not confirm guaranteed admission)
